Mid-Week Encouragement 04.15.2026

Isaiah 53:6a (NKJV) – “All we like sheep have gone astray; We have turned, every one, to his own way”

Psalm 23:1 (NKJV)  - “The Lord is my shepherd; I shall not want.”

John 10:4 (NKJV) - “And when he brings out his own sheep, he goes before them; and the sheep follow him, for they know his voice.”

Even in difficult seasons, there is nothing we face that the Good Shepherd has not already gone before us in. Sheep wander and become vulnerable without a shepherd.  But Psalm 23 reminds us that our Shepherd provides everything we need — rest, provision, comfort, direction, and safety. John 10 shows us something even more personal: He goes before us. He leads. He protects. He defends. Through uncertainty and change, the Lord is not behind you trying to catch up — He is ahead of you, guiding the way. Listen for His voice. Trust His leading. Follow your Good Shepherd.
