Here at New Life, we love to stay connected to you and to each other!  It's that time of year to update your contact info with the church to stay up-to-date and receive birthday/anniversary announcements.  In addition,  you can opt into our Fellowship Directory, which is a printed (not online) directory, and it's a great way to stay connected to one another!  To have your information included, please click the button below.

Thank you for taking a moment to update your contact information with New Life! This helps us keep you informed about church news, announcements, events, and important updates. It’s also how we share weekly birthdays and anniversaries and send cards and notes of care throughout the year.
Even if you’ve completed this form in the past, we ask that you please resubmit your information each year so we can be sure everything is current and accurate.
